Winnie brings over 20 years of experience in the nutritional food industry, with deep expertise in product development, manufacturing scale-up, troubleshooting product related issues, recipe compliance, and management. She has played a key role in launching protein rich foods for brands like Nestle, Boost, Carnation Breakfast Essentials, and Gerber.

In the near future, we will be expanding the team to include skills such as regulatory, co-manufacturing expertise, nutritional science, etc. All team members have been former co-workers of mine so they have been 

thoroughly vetted.
