Winnie brings over 30 years of experience in the nutritional food industry, with deep expertise in product development, manufacturing scale-up, troubleshooting product related issues, recipe compliance, and management. She has played a key role in launching protein rich foods for brands like Nestle, Boost, Carnation Breakfast Essentials, and Gerber.

Dave brings brings more than 30 years of hands on food manufacturing, quality assurance, product development, and regulatory compliance experience — with a background that spans iconic brands like Nabisco, Kraft, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, ConAgra, and Godiva. From process optimization to flavor systems, co-packer identification, and new product commercialization - he's done it all.

In the near future, we will be expanding the team to include skills such as regulatory, co-manufacturing expertise, nutritional science, etc. All team members have been former co-workers of mine so they have been 

thoroughly vetted.
